A gentle ceremonial evening of reconnection, regulation, and heart-led presence.This is a softly guided, restorative experience designed to support women and mothers to slow down, settle their nervous systems, and return to the body in a safe and nurturing space.
Together, we co-create a grounded and intentional container to soften inward — not to push, cathart, or activate — but to rest, feel, and receive.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, including pregnancy and postpartum.

✨ The Journey
Opening Circle & Cacao Ceremony
We begin by gathering in circle, setting intentions, and grounding into the body and present moment. You’ll be guided through a ceremonial cacao ritual using ceremonial-grade cacao, gently opening the heart and creating a sense of warmth, safety, and connection.
A guided meditation will support you to drop out of the thinking mind and into the body, attuning to your breath and inner world.

Restorative Breathwork Journey
From here, we move into a gentle, restorative breathwork practice.
This is not an activating or cathartic breathwork session. Instead, it is designed to soothe the nervous system, regulate the body, and cultivate inner calm.
Through slow, conscious breathing and somatic awareness, you are supported to:
• Settle into your body
• Release tension softly
• Increase emotional capacity
• Feel grounded and present
• Reconnect with your inner steadiness
This practice honours your body’s pace and capacity. You are always in control, and you are invited to rest whenever needed.

Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Journey
Following the breathwork, you’ll be guided into a restorative sound healing experience using alchemy crystal singing bowls.
You are invited to lie back and receive as gentle frequencies wash over the body, supporting integration, nervous system settling, and deep relaxation.
The evening concludes in sacred silence, allowing space for rest, anchoring, and quiet integration.
An optional closing circle offers connection and shared reflection.
