This milestone of an event designed being received as a heart-opening exercise: an opening towards both ourselves and the world around us. Generally, there are many different strategies to find genuine connections: Some prefer scribbling, some painting, some create music and some indulge in dance.Under the influence of cacao, within this session, the participants are invited to let go of thinking through movement. While our bodies will travel through space we will endeavour to discover and unleash a part of ourselves which is often neglected. Let’s spin around or simply be together - whether silently or in an outgoing way - incorporating and enhancing our creative qualities and shift our emotional and physical bodies effortlessly.
Situations that you might encounter during this event:
- a heart opening journey of oneness, friendship and gratitude
- a healing effect – releasing blocks, recognizing patterns,
understanding & following your wisdom and creativity
- finding a connection to something higher than your “self”; i.e. connecting to your own power and truth
- a space to enter into meditation – being able to silence the mind, connect to the wisdom and spirit within
- a playful balance of masculine and feminine energies inside
- enhanced creativity
🔥 TIPs for tonight's ceremony in order to enhance the cacao's effects:
-fast / light meal beforehand (empty stomach helps absorption)
drink water throughout the day
-slow down beforehand instead of rushing into the event
-allow time for integration afterwards
