Breath. Body. Awareness.You're warmly invited to an evening of deep presence and self-observation through the practice of Vipassana meditation — a traditional form of insight meditation rooted in breath awareness and body scanning.
This session is an opportunity to step away from daily distractions and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within.

– A short introduction to the practice
– Guided focus on natural breathing
– Body-scan meditation
– Periods of silence and stillness
– A closing sharing circle
This is a simple, accessible practice — no chanting, no visualization, just awareness of what is. Whether you're new to meditation or deepening an existing practice, you're welcome exactly as you are.
