Yet in many ancient traditions, 13 is considered sacred, auspicious, and deeply feminine. It represents intuition, transformation, and renewal. A reminder that power lives in what we choose to embrace, not what we fear.

Friday itself has long been associated with celebration, release, and transition. It is also ruled by Venus, the planet of love, beauty, and harmony. A perfect day to realign with your authentic self and the wisdom of your heart.
Step into our infrared-heated, 85 degree studio that feels like a warm hug, melting tension and the demands of life away. We will begin class with a ceremonial cacao ritual, creating a sacred pause to open your heart and soften your nervous system. After sipping cacao, you’ll be guided to set a personal intention, something you are ready to invite in, release, or remember. Your heart center, the anahata chakra, is the energy center of balance; your space of giving and receiving love.
Cacao gently supports circulation, lifts mood, and enhances presence, making it a powerful ally for heart-centered intention and connection. From there, you will move into slow, nourishing, yummy yoga. The room will be infrared-heated to a cozy 85 degrees. The movement is gentle, intuitive, and grounding, designed to melt tension and help your intention settle into the body. You’ll then be guided through a heart-coherence meditation, followed by a deeply immersive sound bath with chakra-balancing crystal singing bowls. The vibrations will move through you, clearing stagnant energy and inviting balance, harmony, and deep rest.
This is a ceremony of love. Love for yourself. Love for others. Love for the moment you are in.
