The spirit of Cacao opens and connects the heart space. In this space, we meet for a gentle journey guided by the soundscapes of guitar and gong. Sharing intention, we collectively drink the cacao prepared from exquisite beans grown in Ecuador and traditionally processed by hand. This high-quality cacao assists in the journey as we lie back into a relaxed and comfortable position. Cacao and sound weave together as a guide on this meditative journey inward. There is no prior knowledge required, bring an open heart and a personal intention.

Zach Jenkins blends yoga, music, storytelling, and his study of social work into his practice of life. With a deep-rooted passion for holistic well-being, Zach embarked on his journey into the world of yoga at the revered Parmarth Niketan Ashram in India, where he delved into the ancient teachings and philosophies that would shape his path.
Returning home to New Orleans, he honed his craft at Wild Lotus Yoga, immersing himself in the rich tapestry of yoga's physical, spiritual, and philosophical dimensions. Since 2014, Zach has been sharing his expertise as a yoga teacher, guiding students on a transformative journey of self-discovery and inner peace.
Beyond the yoga mat, Zach's creativity finds expression through music and storytelling. His melodic compositions and captivating narratives serve as vehicles for inspiration and healing, resonating deeply with audiences.
In addition to his artistic pursuits, Zach is committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of others. Currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Social Work, he channels his passion for social justice and community empowerment into his work with Kindergarten through 12th-grade students. Through innovative Social Emotional Learning initiatives, Zach helps young minds and hearts cultivate awareness, resilience, and positive life skills, laying the foundation for a brighter future.
