Join for a morning of Cacao and Sound under the Full Moon energy— a ceremony designed to open the heart, calm the mind, and reconnect you with your own inner rhythm.

We'll begin with a shared cacao ceremony, opening space for presence and connection, before moving into a sound journey designed to guide you into deep states of relaxation and release. No experience is necessary — simply come as you are.

What to bring:

• Yourself — nothing else is required
• Comfortable clothing you can fully relax in
• (Optional) Journal

Good to know:

This ceremony is a gentle but potent experience. Cacao is a mild stimulant and can affect heart rate; sound journeys can bring up strong emotional or physical sensations as the body releases tension.

This offering may not be suitable for you if you:

• Are pregnant
• Have a heart condition or high blood pressure
• Have epilepsy or a history of seizures
• Have a diagnosed psychotic disorder or are currently in a mental health crisis
• Are currently taking MAOIs or certain heart medications (cacao can interact with these)
