Through guided meditation and intention, we will gently call in our ancestors, guides, and loved ones, creating space for connection, messages, and support.
Ocean Drum Journey
The rhythm of the drum will guide you deeper into your inner world.
Sound Bath Integration
Sink into a restorative sound bath designed to soothe the nervous system, integrate the experience, and bring you into a state of deep peace and alignment.
Spoken Word + Reflection
We will close with intentional words, grounding, and space for quiet reflection or sharing
