COHERENCE is the first event in an ongoing series, where we’ll weave together three powerful practices:

🍫☕️ Ceremonial Cacao: a minimally processed form of the cacao bean traditionally used in ceremonial contexts for its gentle stimulant and mood-opening effects. It supports connection and creativity by increasing focus and emotional openness, helping you drop into presence with yourself and others. We will be using a strain of cacao that is endangered, representing only 1% of the cacao on the planet. This generous high dosage will stimulate, clear, and rewrite your mind and body, connecting you with the energy of the heart and the sun.

🌬️Breathwork: the intentional use of breathing patterns to influence the nervous system, awareness, and emotional state. Breathwork regulates stress, increases interoceptive awareness, and opens access to deeper intuitive and expressive states.

🔊 A Sound Journey: a 15-minute immersive listening practice centered on “sensory foraging”— the active exploration of subtle layers within the soundscape. By intentionally scanning for textures, tonal shifts, and spatial movement, you refine attention and deepen awareness. The goal isn’t escape — it’s training your capacity for presence.
