you will use specific essential oil blends and practice specific Kundalini Yoga Kriyas to allow the release of stored emotions, and create a catalyst to help you to move forward in your life. Essential oils release old emotions by stimulating the brain's limbic system—the center for emotions and memory—via the olfactory nerve when inhaled. The aromatic compounds trigger the amygdala to process stored, often repressed, trauma or memories, while stimulating neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine. And, Because the olfactory system is closely linked to memory, specific aromas can instantly trigger the release of stored and blocked emotions, allowing them to be processed and released.

You will receive a set of oil blends for the workshop and the oil blends will be aligned with specific Kundalini Yoga Kriyas and meditations.
