About this Event
Join us for a 2-hour New Year Cacao & Hapé Ceremony to soften into presence, reconnect with yourself, and step into 2026 with clarity and intention.
We’ll open with Ceremonial Cacao, a heart medicine that supports emotional openness, grounded energy, and a deeper connection to your highest self. Cacao gently brings you into your body, relaxes the nervous system, and helps you access intuition in an honest, embodied way.
From there, we’ll move into Hapé, a sacred tobacco medicine from the Amazon that is traditionally used for clearing mental fog, grounding into the breath, and reconnecting to spirit. I’ll share about its origins, how to work with it respectfully, and what it means to receive it as a prayer rather than a “tool.” After the teaching, you’ll have the option to receive a guided serving designed to support release, clarity, and alignment.
The space will weave together breathwork, meditation, intention setting, and integration, so you leave not just opened, but anchored.
Ceremony Flow:
• Arrival, grounding & opening circle
• Cacao serving, intention setting & guided meditation
• Hapé education, demonstration & optional serving
• Integration: reflection, journaling & sharing circle
• Closing & grounding
This gathering is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and start the year rooted in your heart, your body, and your truth.
Please bring: a mug for cacao, journal, and pen. Everything else will be provided
