Get out of your head and into your heart 💓

Bringing awareness to the heart brings the body into a state of deeper coherence and regulation. When we are able to move through life from this space, all else flows into harmonious order.

When we become over-consumed by thinking, doing, and achieving, we lose sight of the very point-- anchoring with presence into the here and now. As we align more deeply with the rhythms of our hearts, life can unfold from a space of grace and relaxation rather than urgency or fear.

This is a ceremonial space to somatically move what has been trapped in the body and distracting us from the present moment. The body is the key to the subconscious mind, the part of us that drives 95% of our thoughts and behaviors. When we are able to free blocked energy from the body, it allows us to expand into deeper layers of purpose, connection, and joy.

We will open this sacred space with ceremonial cacao-- a plant ally that has been used by millenia through various cultures in Meso and South America to aid healing and inner connection. This cacao has been sourced highly intentionally through Cacao Source, a project Dorothy co-founded in 2019 that values fair trade, ecolgical restoration, and upholding Mayan communities in Guatemala. She has been offered permission to serve cacao by the Mayan Wisdom Keepers.

We will use a breathwork practice that aid in moving stagnant energy in the body to support somatic release. In addition, Dorothy will guide you into the nature of how emotional energy is moved through the body to better support alchemizing dense emotions and restabilizing into a more stable state of being.

We will complete this practice with crystal sound bowls and grounding into a state of deep inner coherence.

This event will be hosted at the Temple Forest, a beautiful home in West Seattle. We will fire up the sauna in the forest for a space of sweet integration.
