What Is This Program?

Our Weekend Intensive Yoga Program is a modular, two-day continuing education experience designed to deepen your understanding of yoga beyond a standard class format.

Each weekend class (Sat/Sun 12 PM - 5 PM) focuses on a specific pillar of intelligent practice and teaching: anatomy, advanced asana, alignment and assists, sequencing, and applied philosophy, offering a deeper, more intentional way to study, practice, and refine your skills.

Unlike traditional yoga trainings that require full-time commitments, this program meets one weekend per month, allowing you to fully integrate what you learn before moving on to the next module.

You may attend individual weekends or enroll in the full series of five weekends.

Each intensive runs Saturday and Sunday, 12 PM – 5 PM
