Join certified pelvic rehab practitioner Alyssa Itzkowitz, PT, DPT, PCES, PRPC and naturopath Lauren Young, ND, as they share information on the benefits of physical therapy (PT) and naturopathic practices after a C-section. They will provide information about how PT aids in recovery, pain relief, and regaining function, focusing on scar tissue management, core and pelvic floor strengthening, and improving posture and body
mechanics, as well as naturopathic practices that focus on supporting the body’s natural healing processes and restoring overall well-being post-surgery.
Registration is required for either In-Person or Virtual Via Zoom.
