Get ready to stock up on your favorite cheeses at the C. Hesse Cheese Warehouse Sale & Open House. All cheeses priced at $25 / lb

Once a month, we transform our East Williamsburg warehouse into a makeshift cheese shop, allowing anyone to come in, taste through the selection and purchase cheese to take home. We price everything to sell because, as Caroline says, “you get a discount when you come here and look me in the face”. We also provide wine from our friends at Irving Bottle to pair with your cheese tastes and encourage you to stay and chop it up with like-minded cheese fans. Plus, Caroline’s parents usually attend and they’re a hoot.
