Join Erin for a gentle slow flow and restorative practice as we give back to our community. This 75 min class is by donation, with proceeds going towards supporting Yoga in Actions fundraising Yoga Mala event. Class will conclude with a supported Savasana accompanied by the vibrations of crystal sound bowls.
Yoga in Action is a non-profit organization in our seacoast community. YIA mission is to ensure all people have access to the therapeutic benefits of yoga regardless of social, physical, and financial barriers. Join us in community as we support this amazing cause.
