If you have a love of yoga and are curious to learn more, then the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course 1 may be perfect for you. The course explores varying aspects of yoga, allowing you to delve deeper into your personal practice. It can be taken as self development or used as a stepping stone for those wishing to undertake yoga teacher training.
The course covers asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, mudra and chanting. Yoga history, yoga philosophy and developing a home practice.
Practical techniques and personal development in the context of yoga philosophy.
The course is being held at The Studio Durham House in Farnham, Surrey over 9 months.
One Sunday a month from November 2024 - July 2025.
9am - 1pm with 2.5hrs of additional home study each month.
February 2025 is being held online | March and June 2025 are full days from 9am - 5pm.

2025 - 19 January, 23 February (online), 16 March (full day), 27 April, 18 May, 8 June (all day), 6 July
£695 course fee plus £60 BWY Registration Fee and £42 BWY Annual Membership
