Leave the outside world behind and experience deep levels of relaxation in beautiful surroundings of the ancient 16th century Quinnettes Barn. Your hosts Sam and Maxine have over 50 years of professional experience between them, facilitating meditation groups and teaching various courses and workshops. They create a magical, nurturing space for you to experience, learn and grow.
A full day Immersion will include a variety of aspects including:
Breathwork, Singing & Chanting, Drumming, Meditation, Movement, Sound Healing, Healthy Treats and more.
The Immersion Experience Day runs 10am to 4.30pm. The content will shift according to the energies at the time.

Everyone is welcome. Fees are on a sliding scale depending on your level of abundance

Those who are abundant help us keep the lower priced tickets, thus paying it forward to those less fortunate, thankyou. We ask that you pay £30 deposit through Eventbrite to secure your place, you will then be emailed with details to pay the remainder, thankyou.

Sam Foreman's parents were healers. Her mother sang chants to her as a child and Sam sang them to her own children. Sam has held meditation & healing groups for over 17 years, is a Spiritual Artist, Reiki Master healer & therapist of many modalities, Celebrant, Guest Choir Leader, Drummer, Singer & Priestess of the Goddess.

Maxine Crinall has been a Natural Health Practitioner for 23 years. She is qualified in many complementary therapies and is a Reiki Master. She has held meditation groups for over 16 years. She has written and taught various courses and workshops. She is the founder and owner of Seale Natural Health therapy centre, nr Farnham, a writer & researcher who is currently writing her own system, Drummer & Singer.
Before you book, please read these guidelines about mental well-being and retreats:
Meditation retreats can be very nourishing; however, they also need some stability of psychological health. If you have recently (within the past year or so) experienced significant trauma or psychiatric illness, or if you are currently experiencing acute emotional distress such as serious depression or anxiety, it may not be the best time for you to participate in a retreat. The teachers might not be able to give you the kind of individual psychological care you need at this time. A setting with more opportunities for interpersonal engagement may be more appropriate for you. We all have ups and downs in life, these workshops help us release what we no longer need and help with tools to support ourselves through them but this a group setting so we have to consider everyone's experience, thankyou 💖
