Butter Making Workshop

Join me for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn the traditional art of butter-making. From churning to flavoring, experience the magic of crafting your own creamy, delicious butter!

🧈 On the day:

We will go through the Step-by-step butter-making process

Learn different methods of processing cream into butter - Ensuring you can recreate this over and over again at home with the tools that you already have in your kitchen

Learn seasonal flavoring techniques - In this workshop we will infuse our butters with freshly harvested wild garlic

Take home your own handmade butter along with some delicious cheese and wild garlic scones that we will make using the left over butter milk from the butter making process.

Snacks and refreshments, along with a light soup will be provided on the day x
