What is BUTI?? Pronounced “booty”, buti yoga combines plyometrics (jumping movements), intentional shaking, tribal dancing and power yoga for an explosive, cardio-intense practice. It feels like a dance class, with a couple of traditional yoga moves chucked in along the way. DJ Mr. Loveshack will be there to create the bass shaking club sound and flow.
