Buti DEEP Certification

Deep, by Buti, is a movement practice with restorative elements that pairs physical touch and cross-crawl techniques with activation of the deep core to create mind, body and somatic coherence. We utilize the spiral structure technique to create inner and outer core unit coordination while catalyzing vibrational change on a cellular level through shifts in tension and frequency. Deep is low impact and focuses on micro-movements paired with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle tissue, restructuring the deep core and restoring somatic experience and integration.
