About this Event
So many of us move through life in constant motion.
Doing, planning, thinking about what’s next.
Even when we pause, the mind keeps going.
This women’s circle is an invitation to slow down.
To step out of the busy energy and come back to the present moment.
Back to your body, your breath, and yourself.
Not by doing more, but by softening and allowing.
What to expect
This is a gentle, guided evening designed to help you shift from doing into being.
We will explore:
•Noticing where “busy” lives in your body
• Slowing down through breath and awareness
• Letting go of tension
• Reconnecting to your natural rhythm
• Exploring simple ways to slow down and find more presence
• Restorative yoga and sound bath
This space is for you if
• You feel like you’re always “on”
• Your mind is constantly busy
• You’re craving more calm, presence, and ease
• You want to reconnect with your body in a grounded way
• You’re ready to slow down and take time for yourself

What to bring
• Comfortable clothes to move and relax in
• A yoga mat (if you have one)
• A blanket or warm layer for the sound bath (optional)
Water, herbal tea, and light snacks will be provided.
Contribution
The suggested contribution is $36 to help cover time and materials.
