About Katerina
I am an accredited Health and Wellbeing Coach and a certified Menopause Champion. My specialty is women's health and menopause. My passion is to create awareness about
women’s health and hormonal changes; Educate and empower women to recognise and manage their symptoms, improving their quality of life and future health outcomes; Build
confidence in women to take back control in their personal and professional daily lives.
My educational background is in science and applied biology. My special power is having 20+ years medical knowledge from working in the pharmaceutical industry and my own
personal experience of hormone health conditions. This means I am your ideal coach who understands first-hand the impact of most health-related challenges, physical and emotional,
that are faced by women going through hormonal changes.
I am also a wife and mother of two and appreciate the daily challenges of life. Three years ago, I left behind a healthy career in the pharmaceutical industry for a better work life
balance, to make time to nurture my family and to discover new opportunities. This is when I retrained as a coach. I continually develop myself so that I am equipped to provide the best
updated information and resources for my clients. My goal is to support women in the best possible way. As we are unique individuals, I do this through a one-to-one coaching program
tailored according to personal needs. To provide support in the broader environment I offer educational group workshops and talks within community and businesses. I welcome those
that need the support and those that want to be a part of that support.
