💫 Meditation & Mantra Practices: We'll dive deep into meditations and mantras specifically designed to create long-lasting feelings of JOY, harmony, and balance in your life. This is your chance to find stillness and let joy rise from within.

🎶 Reiki Drumming: Using the powerful vibrations of Reiki drumming, we’ll align your energy and clear any blockages holding you back from experiencing your full potential. Feel lighter, clearer, and more aligned.

💃 Connect and Flow Free Movement: Get out of your head and into your body! Through movement and music, you’ll learn how to let go, get out of your own way, and tap into pure joy — completely uninhibited and free.

🌟 Transformational Life Coaching: Together, we’ll create your very own JOY checklist, a powerful tool you’ll take home to cultivate this deep connection to joy in your everyday life. We’re not just talking temporary happiness; this is about designing a joyful life that works for you.

💖 Understanding YOUR JOY: Discover what JOY truly means to you and how you can access it EVERY SINGLE DAY. We’ll break it down in a way that feels authentic, achievable, and deeply personal.

🎵 Sound Healing: To end our day, we’ll bathe in the healing vibrations of sound. This will help you fully embody and integrate all the joy, balance, and alignment we’ve cultivated throughout the day. Trust me, you’ll leave feeling lighter, peaceful, and absolutely glowing!
