This session will be led by Dr. Tim Whitehill Hon. Research Fellow at LJMU, Faculty of Society & Culture, BSc MBA DBA MIO & Co-CEO Save Construction Initiative.

Dr Tim Whitehill co-authored the report "The Organisational Resilience of the UK Construction Industry" published by Constructing Excellence in 2018 - the issues highlighted remain relevant today.

As a Research Fellow at LJMU, Tim is recognised for his work on organisational resilience within construction sector firms. Tim will consider how firms can address these challenges through effective business management.
