Amy Underwood, OTR/L – Owner, Health Elevated, PLLC
Amy Underwood is a licensed Occupational Therapist and the founder of Health Elevated, PLLC, a concierge pelvic health practice in St. Joseph, Michigan. She specializes in helping women across all stages of life—pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and beyond—restore confidence and connection with their bodies. With advanced training in pelvic floor therapy, breathing and core integration, and women’s hormonal health, Amy blends evidence-based care with compassionate, individualized support to help women move, feel, and live better.
