The Point Pleasant Garden Club welcomes you to join us on a bus trip... Part of our Garden State Garden Series. 1 Trip 2 Locations!
Stop #1: Georgian Court University ~ Sister Mary Grace Burns Arboretum, Lakewood, NJ. This stop offers a one hour guided walking tour and lunch on your own on the grounds or in the delicious Raymond Dining Hall. The guided walking tour includes an up-close look at the Italian Gardens, Sunken Garden, Floral Gardens, Japanese Garden and Wellness Garden amongst other historical gardens on campus.
Stop #2: Grounds for Sculpture, Hamilton, NJ. This stop offers a one hour tour (for the 30 guests ~sign up early!) and electric scooters 1st come 1st served. Grounds for Sculpture is a 42-acre sculpture park and arboretum established in 1992. It features nearly 300 contemporary sculptures outdoors and rotating exhibits in six indoor galleries. Garden highlights include wildflower meadows with pollinator plants, manicured fairways and reflecting pools along with a vast collection of native and exotic plant materials.

What's the Garden State Gardens Trip Series?
Join Point Pleasant Garden Club as we navigate our way through a series of trips to approximately 27 New Jersey public gardens. Use your provided Garden State Gardens Passport to log all your visits. Passports have the information you need to fulfill the gardens’ visit requirements. PPGC will offer bus trips as well as meet-ups as we stamp our passports through New Jersey. Come grow with us!
Garden State Gardens is a consortium of New Jersey public gardens dedicated to creating public awareness and appreciation for the beauty and horticultural educational, artistic and historic value of the great public gardens of New Jersey.
