Furry Friends Yoga is bringing an extra fluffy morning to Selden Market in Downtown Norfolk! Join us for beginner-friendly yoga while adorable rescue bunnies hop, explore, and provide the cutest possible distractions on your mat.
No yoga experience? No problem! This class is all about slowing down, having fun, and enjoying a morning filled with movement, laughter, and plenty of bunny love.
After yoga, stick around for dedicated bunny cuddle + interaction time—perfect for photos, snuggles, and getting to know our furry little guests. 📸🐰

Furry Friends Yoga is about more than putting adorable animals on yoga mats. Our mission is to bring together wellness, community, and animal rescue while giving rescue organizations and their animals more visibility within our community.
A portion of proceeds from our events helps support the rescue organizations we partner with and the animals in their care. 🐰❤️
