Bumps & Brunches is back, and this time we're moving, connecting, and glowing. The B&B Wellness Day is a one-of-a-kind time designed exclusively for expectant mothers who want to feel their absolute best, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
From our sold-out debut in Summer 2024 to an international community of mums who've said this event made them "look forward to being pregnant," we know what this space means. Now we're bringing it to Germany!
Come dressed in all shades of blue, bring your bump, and prepare to spend 5 hours being celebrated.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Wellness. Thoughtfully curated sessions designed to support your emotional, mental, physical, and financial well-being as you navigate motherhood.
From conversations around the financial realities of pregnancy and raising a child, to guidance on emotional and mental wellness, this experience is designed to help you feel informed, supported, and confident in this new phase of life.
Guests will also have access to physical wellness support through a pregnancy masseuse and pelvic floor rehabilitation specialist.
