During the session, we’ll create our own bullet journals - tailored to your lifestyle, needs, and what you truly want to keep under control 📓
It’s not just about planning - we’ll also take a closer look at how we use technology in our daily lives 📱 and how a bullet journal can help you approach it in a more mindful, calm, and intentional way.

❗ To take part in the workshop, please bring your own bullet journal (a notebook with dotted pages – not lined or squared!)

The workshop is part of a bachelor’s thesis titled “Bullet Journaling as a Form of Digital Disconnection.” Participation involves consent to transcription - collected materials may be used anonymously for research purposes.
The event takes place as part of the project Youth Space at CIRM, implemented with the support of the City of Lublin.
