About this Event
Korean Bulgogi Taco Night!
Make pillowy soft flat bread tortillas filled with Korean marinated beef, sriracha aioli, and caramelized kimchi! It’s street taco night, bursting with authentic flavor!
Korean bulgogi is built on patience and precision — thin-cut beef marinated in a balance of sweet, savory, and sesame. Our version is fast, forgiving, and endlessly adaptable.
Join Chef Pamela Keith for an evening where you'll build this irresistable recipe from start to finish. You'll make the puffy tortilla, the marinade, learn the sear, and assemble with toppings you create.
WHAT YOU'LL MAKE
- Beef Bulgogi — properly marinated beef with gochujang-sesame depth
- Handmade, puffy flatbread tortilla
- Caramelized kimchi
- Spicy Sriracha aioli
- Korean-inspired street taco assembly with all the garnishes
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
- The marinade ratio — why the balance of soy, Gochucharu, and sesame matters
- How to achieve caramelization without steaming your pan
- Puffy, Gordita style flatbread tortilla
- Taco architecture (yes, it matters) and how to scale this for dinner parties
YOUR EVENING INCLUDES
- Hands-on cooking with Chef Pamela Keith
- Signature cocktail: Ginger Soju Spritz (+ wine, beer, and NA options)
- Light first bites while we prep
- Recipe card and technique notes to take home
- The full table spread — you eat what you make
