ABC Greater Michigan members are invited to a full-day leadership and strategic planning workshop led by Chad Prinkey of Well Built Construction Consulting.
This hands-on session is designed for construction business owners and leadership teams who want to strengthen their company, develop future leaders, and build a practical plan for the year ahead.
Companies are encouraged to send at least two attendees so they can work together and get the greatest value from the day. Attendees will work through their own business and leave with the foundation of a strategic business plan.
Because the session is designed as a working session, companies are strongly encouraged to send more than one person. The greatest value will come when owners and senior leaders attend with key members of their leadership team so they can discuss priorities, identify gaps, and begin building alignment during the workshop.
Suggested attendees include:
