Building visibility and credibility in the renewable energy supply chain
About this Event
Across the energy supply chain, organisations face a shared challenge: their technical capability is strong, but their commercial value is often misunderstood. In the renewables sector buying decisions are high‑risk, multi‑disciplinary and subject to scrutiny from stakeholders with varying degrees of technical understanding. In this environment, suppliers must demonstrate reliability and competence quickly and effectively
This working session will explore how supply chain companies can make their value easier for decision makers to recognise and act on. Participants will learn how practical and marketing and communication techniques can strengthen trust with partners and improve competitive positioning. Attendees will also explore how to present complex technical work in a way that supports stakeholder decision making from procurement to commercial.
This is a valuable opportunity for AREG members to connect with peers and gain deeper insight from those with first-hand experiences of the marketing challenges of creating awareness of your product, or service, whilst meeting buyer expectations.
The event will be led by specialists, Suzi Steele, Steele Marketing and Kevin Stride, Urbane Media, who work directly within high‑risk, regulated and technically demanding environments.
Refreshments: Tea and coffee will be provided during the session.
📋 Important Attendee Information: To ensure you get the highest utility out of this session, a short survey will be emailed to you before the event. Your feedback will help tailor the workshop content directly to your specific business challenges and interests.
