Join us for an insightful Lunch & Learn designed specifically for business owners and organizational leaders looking to grow stronger workplace teams. In this collaborative session, Terrell Chamber of Commerce and Trinity Valley SBDC bring together Workforce Solutions of North Texas, and other key partners to share valuable resources and programs that support employers in hiring, training, and retaining talent.
As a highlight, we welcome Todd Roberts, founder of Transform Coaching, a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach and DISC Consultant, as our keynote speaker. Todd will guide participants through an engaging introduction to the DISC communication styles—a powerful tool for understanding yourself and others to strengthen relationships, reduce conflict, and lead with clarity.
