Building Our Shared Story: Expressive Arts Workshop for Couples

Want a fun date afternoon? Want to reconnect in a creative way? Want to have a better sense of purpose and future vision for your relationship?

We have an exciting 2-hour in-person workshop especially for you. We will create a vision board and discover the symbolic meaning for your relationship.

When: Saturday March 28, 2026 from 2-4pm

Location: Portico Church, Mississauga

Cost: $45 including all materials

Is childcare an issue, or do you feel like your children would enjoy expressive arts too? We have a children's self-regulation workshop at the same time. $25 for children including all materials. Additional siblings $20 each. Please register each child separately.

This couple workshop collaboration is with Melissa Johari (Certified Gottman Therapist/Couples Therapist/Registered Social Worker), Khadija Lokhandwala (Registered Psychotherapist, Qualifying), and Caroline D'Souza (Registered Psychotherapist, Qualifying Child and Individual Therapist). Caroline will be leading the Children's Workshop that will be taking place at the same time in the adjacent room.
