The Maryland Community Investment Corporation (MCIC) invites you to a regional gathering of community development professionals, public sector partners, and local changemakers. Whether you're advancing real estate development, housing, neighborhood revitalization, or could enhance your mission with a community hub, your voice and experience are vital.

MCIC is preparing to build tools and strategies to identify, support, and help prepare community-led projects for investment—especially in underinvested areas. This convening is your opportunity to learn about MCIC’s team, mission, and emerging goals—and to share what your organization or community needs to move more complex projects forward.

We want to hear from you:

• What capacity gaps are keeping strong ideas from becoming funded projects?
• What types of support would help you access real estate finance?
• Who are the leaders and places we need to know about?

This event includes light lunch, space to connect with peers, and a welcome from a featured State leader showing their support for this work and the communities driving it.
