Building confidence with pole work and jumping with optional clear round.This session at Pound green will be a little different. Groups will be split according to requirements and will be focusing on confidence building for either you or your horse.
Group 1
Pole work and canter work
This session is focusing on the scales of training along with the correct approach to the a fence using poles.
Group 2
Pole work & small fences with optional clear round
This progressive lesson will start with a recap on the 5 phases of a jump starting with Pole work and then moving onto small fences. There is also the option to complete a short course as a clear round to finish the session. ( Rossettes to all)
Group 3
Competition practice for the green horse
This group is based around putting the horse and rider under more of a competitive environment to help build the combinations confidence before heading out to a show or perfect as a tidy up/ refresher. This session will include limited warm up fences which will be altered to help you warm up ( like in a show warm up) then you will go onto a course of fences to do a clear round.
Perfect for getting young or inexperienced horses ready for what is to come for their first show.
