Celebrate the Autumn solstice with Victoria under the blue skies and tree canopy of Arley Arboretum. This is a very special one off outdoor session bringing together nature and sound, come and unwind with the bird song and the elements of nature with the sounds of crystal singing bowls, gong, drum and guided meditation.
Here, you can fully embrace a restful practice, lying down to soak in the natural surroundings while being guided into a profound state of relaxation. Feel the body relax and enjoy creating space within life, sound baths not only reduce stress but can aid in deep sleep and mental clarity.
The session will be held within a suitable spot under the canopy of the arboretums trees and foliage.
Please wait within the cafe area to be guided through to the sound bath spot.
This session is OUTDOORS so please bring/wear appropriate clothing. If we have any weather disturbances we do have a suitable indoor space within Arley House! (This is within the same estate, just a short walk up the drive).
Please bring a yoga mat/camping mat/something to lie on. Lots of cushions & blankets to wrap up cosy. (We are outdoors!)
No experience is needed, just a need for rest. This is a perfect practice for everyone, busy minds, all facets of stress in modern lives. Please note sound bath sessions are not suitable for those who are pregnant or those with pacemakers. Please contact me before booking.
