About this Event
a collaborative professional development event between NExT Philadelphia, National Association of African Americans in Human Resources(NAAHR) and the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). Attendees will gain professional headshots, personal branding insights, and practical LinkedIn strategies while exploring how to strengthen their overall professional presence — and leave with tangible tools they can put into practice immediately.
This event is built around three goals: defining your personal brand (what you want to be known for, and how your skills, experience, and reputation build that identity), making that brand visible (through your professional image, LinkedIn presence, and how you show up in professional spaces), and turning that brand into opportunity (building relationships and access to career, leadership, mentorship, and networking opportunities).
