Join the UM Bird Town PA Committee for a practical, beginner-friendly presentation with environmental educator Deanna Martin on creating a backyard habitat that supports nature right at home.
Learn simple ways to make your outdoor space more wildlife-friendly and enjoyable, including how to use native plants, feeders, water sources, shelter, nesting areas, and everyday conservation practices. Deanna will also cover choosing bird food and feeders, supporting migratory birds, and why native plants matter.
This program is appropriate for all ages, and scout troops are welcome!
