About this Event
Join fellow Denver Metro real estate professionals for lunch and an engaging Custom Builder Panel featuring local builders working in communities across the Denver Metro area.
Hear directly from custom home builders about today’s building landscape, what they’re seeing in different markets, current opportunities and challenges, and what real estate agents need to know when working with clients considering a custom home.
Our panel will feature custom home builders representing a variety of locations and perspectives, giving attendees a broader look at custom building throughout the region.

12:20-12:30 Introduction of panelists , lunch is served
12:30-1:45 Topic discussion by panelists
1:45-1:55 Audience questions to panelists
1:55-2:00 Conclusion of the event - remember to take sponsor bags!
Lunch Menu:
First Course: Parmesan Stuffed Mushrooms, Zucchini Fritte, Maggiano’s Salad
Second Course: Mushroom Ravioli, Chicken Piccata, Simply Grilled Salmon
Dessert: Tiramisu and Vera’s Lemon Cookies
Beverages include regular and decaffeinated coffee, hot tea, iced tea, and assorted sodas. Meal served with freshly baked bread.
