13th Annual Harvey Cohen MD Maternal Morbidity & Mortality Summit

Who Should Attend? Audiences includes physicians (OB/GYN, Family Medicine, MFM, Anesthesia, Emergency Department providers), Nurse-Midwives, Maternal Health Nurses, Nurse Anesthesists, Public Health representatives, Quality Assurance/Improvement teams, Family Medicine and OB/GYN residents, medical students, and sonographers.

Presented by ACOG Colorado Section in partnership with the Colorado sections/chapter of ACOG, ACNM, AWHONN, CAFP, CSA, and CDPHE and aimed at attracting healthcare providers in Colorado and surrounding states. Our purpose is to annually meet and collaborate on cases involving maternal morbidity and mortality to identify systems and create awareness and changes that will improve the health and safety of mothers in Colorado. The program will include interactive sessions, case-based reviews, open forums, and panel discussions.

Friday, November 6

Breakfast & Registration: 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.

Session I: 8:00 a.m. - 11:40 p.m.
Session II: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Lunch: 11:40 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
20-Minute Break: 9:50 a.m. - 10:10 a.m.
20-Minute Break: 3:00 - 3:20 p.m.
Wrap-up & Adjourn: 4:00 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.

PARKING:

There is plenty of complimentary surface parking spaces available around the hotel. You can unload quickly at the front entrance of the hotel and then move your vehicle after unloading. The event will utilize the Alpine Ballroom (meeting), Colorado Lounge (meals), and the Upper Mountain View Gardens (exhibitors). All rooms are located across from each other. Once you enter the hotel, turn down the hall to the left of the Concierge Desk.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING:

The hotel has limited storage space. If you plan to ship boxes/packages directly to the hotel, they can arrive a maximum of 48 hours prior to the event (Maximum arrival date is November 4, 2025.)

The hotel will charge storage fees as follows: Boxes $2.00 per box, per day. Pallets: $25.00 per pallet, per day.

The hotel will charge handling charges as follows: Boxes (up to 36"x24") $2.00 per box handling and distribution. Pallets: $50.00 per pallet handling and distribuion. For oversized packages, please contact Christy Scrivner (our hotel rep) at 303-397-7076 for pricing.

If you are shipping anything to or from the hotel, please remember that this is your expense. Please let Jane Berg know that you have shipped something to the hotel and she will coordinate with the hotel delivery to the meeting area.

SETUP/TEARDOWN:

Setup: Thursday evening, November 5 after 4:00 p.m.

Teardown: Friday afternoon, November 6 after 3:30 p.m. (if the program stays on time or after the afternoon break concludes)

EXHIBIT FEE INCLUDES:

The exhibitor fee includes a standard 6-ft tabletop exhibit area for two representatives and includes the meeting registration and all meals. Additional representatives must pay a separate registration fee per person (no exceptions, no shared registration) and the names of the representatives should be notated on the registration form. Exhibitors are invited to attend any or all educational sessions.

Registration and payment with a credit card can be made online through this website. If you must pay by check, register online and select "Pay By Check" in the drop-down box.
