Build your own AI agent with Microsoft Copilot. Learn to design, test, and deploy practical AI solutions for real business needs.
About this Event

Join Sentrian's AI and Project Engineer, Jaeden Cook, for a hands-on workshop where you'll learn how to design and build your own Microsoft Copilot AI agent.

Together, we'll identify repetitive tasks, information challenges, and business processes that are well suited to AI agents. Then, we’ll design, build, test, and publish a working agent that solves a real business problem.

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is software that can understand requests, retrieve information, answer questions, automate certain routine tasks, and support business processes. When designed well, agents help reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and allow people to focus on higher-value work.

Through practical demonstrations and guided exercises, you'll learn how AI agents work, where they provide the greatest value, and how to build and use them responsibly within your organisation's security, governance, and compliance requirements.

In this workshop, you'll:
  • Understand what AI agents are, and when they add value
  • Identify business processes and repetitive tasks that are suitable for AI agents
  • Learn a practical framework for designing an effective agent
  • Build your own AI agent using Microsoft Copilot Agent Builder
  • Configure your agent using approved organisational knowledge and data sources
  • Test, refine, and improve your agent through real-world scenarios
  • Understand governance, security, permissions, and responsible AI considerations
  • Develop a plan for introducing AI agents into your team or organisation
