About your host
Hi, I am Nicole! I know firsthand from my career in the investment industry what it feels like to chase success at the expense of wellbeing. Between work and other responsibilities, we constantly put pressure on ourselves and let life pass by without truly owning it.
Mindfulness changed everything. You may have seen my article published on Tiny Buddha; the ways mindful awareness changed me and my life. I found my passion in mindfulness and meditation and now I’m dedicated to sharing its benefits with others.
I trained as a Mindfulness & Meditation teacher with Zenways, a course accredited by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA). My goal is to provide everyone with access to simple, practical tools rooted in scientific research. Nobody should have to sacrifice wellbeing for success - in fact, we can use it to unlock potential.
