A Perinatal Empowerment Course

This course is designed for everyone, on purpose~~~it’s not specific to any setting, provider, or birth plan.

Plan for your ideal birth, but prepare for anything.  Unmedicated birth isn’t for everyone, but everyone can benefit from preparing for an unmedicated experience.

The process is not only physical, it's mental & emotional. Unrealistic expectations can lead to feelings of defeat, frustration, and fear! Preparing reduces trauma, improves outcomes, and shifts perspectives.

The Blueprint: A Perinatal Empowerment Course created and taught by an RN with 9 years of labor, birth, & postpartum experience, specializing in unmedicated and low intervention labor & birth.

• Online, instructor led ~ 2 sessions (Day 1 and Day 2)
• Customizable diverse and comprehensive birth plan.
• Handout for easy note taking.
• Slide deck (upon request).
