A full day, in person, in Mississauga, capped at 12 businesses. Not a talk. Not slides about the future of work. You work on your own files, on your own laptop, and you leave with something that runs.
What people brace for
A room of non-technical staff being told to become developers. That is not this.
Almost all of it happens in an ordinary window with buttons, where the AI shows you every change it wants to make and waits for you to say yes.
The part that surprises people: your bookkeeper will get more out of this than your marketer. Handling documents and numbers in volume is what it is genuinely best at.
What we actually do
Rules first. What may leave the building and what may not. Everyone in the room, before a single thing gets installed. In a regulated business this decides whether any of the rest is allowed at all.
Chat. Nothing to install. Everyone finishes one real job off their own desk inside the first hour. This is also how the sceptics get converted.
Real files. The same AI, pointed at a real folder of real work on a real machine. This is where it stops being a chatbot and starts being useful, and it is the stage most people skip because they assume it is for developers.
Write the procedure down. The thing you explain every single time becomes a file the AI reads. Your letter voice, your checklists, your escalation ladder. It doubles as the documentation nobody ever got round to writing.
Build the missing tool. The tracker, the worklist, the dashboard your current software answers with a workaround. It runs on one machine, holds nothing online, and costs an afternoon rather than a procurement cycle.
Make it run without you. The last stretch of the afternoon, for anyone who wants their tool to run on a schedule rather than because they remembered.
Who should come
Owner-led businesses where the software nearly fits and the gap is eating the week.
Bring two people. Every ticket admits two, and the second seat should go to whoever actually handles the documents, the invoices, the scheduling or the reporting. They will build the thing. You need to be able to tell the difference between a real answer and a confident one.
What you leave with
One working tool, built on your own files, that you made yourself. Tools people build themselves are the only kind anyone still uses after the trainer goes home.
Your data rules written down, and a procedure file for the task you explain most often.
What to bring
A laptop you are allowed to install software on. This matters. If your IT locks the machine down, bring a personal one or tell us in advance and we will sort it.
One task that eats your week. We ask you for it at checkout and we prepare against it before you arrive.
The room
Capped at 12 businesses, because everyone leaves with something built and that is not possible in a bigger room. Lunch and coffee are included.
