About this Event

For anyone who loves to dance and celebrate! This will be an evening of eclectic, soulful tunes, and joyful movement to welcome the colour and reflection of Autumn.

This is an evening of conscious dance in the cozy Riverside Room at the Port Credit Legion . It is a fully accessible venue overlooking the beautiful Credit River. Come as you are. Dance however you feel. Shake it out, slow it down, or just sway.

What to expect:

1. A DJ curated journey set
2. Opening circle + intention setting
3. No talking on the dance floor
4. Barefoot / clothes you feel good in and can move in
5. Consent - (make eye contact and CONFIRM a “YES”, respect others space)
6. Tea + community after

This is a substance-free space for all bodies, all experience levels. First timers SO welcome. An inclusive and friendly space. BE FREE. DANCE HOW YOU WANT. NO JUDGEMENT. When we step on the dance floor, we include our whole selves, even the frightened parts that want to hide.
