If you can already run 5K why not give 10K a go?!
Join us for 8 weeks and confidently build up from 5K to 10K. The distance will build gradually each week so that your legs, feet and fitness progress.
If you're already a Sole Sisters main group runner this is included with your usual subs.
If you're not yet part of our group it will be £25 for the 8 week course. Click 'going' if you're in and inbox the page if you have any questions at all.
Sessions will start at 6.30pm and will finish around 7.30pm.
