About this Event
FLASH CONNECT | June: Building Healthy Habits for Midlife
Sol's monthly event connecting health professionals with the community. Free to attend.
About this session
This month, Sheetal Bhansali from Chi Longevity is leading a conversation on building healthy habits at midlife: what actually works, and why so much of what worked before has stopped.
About the Expert
Sheetal is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN, New York) and a certified menopause weight loss coach, with advanced certificates in hormone health and gut health.
Before setting up her coaching practice, she spent years running corporate wellness programmes across financial institutions in the US, UK, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
That background shapes how she works: her clients are typically busy, high-functioning women who already know what healthy looks like but are struggling to make it stick inside a full life.
How This Session Will Help
At midlife specifically, that gap between knowing and doing tends to widen. Sleep is harder to protect. Energy doesn't recover the same way. Hormonal shifts change how the body responds to food, stress, and exercise, so habits that held for years stop producing the same results. Sheetal's approach starts from that reality rather than a generic wellness framework.
The session will open with a short talk, then move into a walk-and-talk through the Botanic Gardens. Bring your questions.
