In this workshop, you’ll learn to design and build sturdy garden frames and trellises from reclaimed wood, perfect for supporting spring veggies and climbing plants.
Discover tips for spring planting while gaining confidence with power tools under the guidance of our experienced tutor.
Create something beautiful and practical that helps our garden (and yours) flourish this season!
Get practical experience with power tools and learn best practices for using power tools safely and effectively.
Embrace sustainable gardening practices by building with upcycled timber and other materials then take home your creation to use in your own garden!
There will be a health and safety briefing at the start of the workshop to inform participants of safety precautions before we begin using tools.
All participants must wear covered shoes and non-flowing clothing (tight-ish!), We will be working outside so please bring a hat and drink bottle.
The workshop will provide the following.

Step-by-step use of all tools
Where to extend yourself for tools 201
Personal attention where required.
* Please note children are not able to attend with parents due to health and safety requirements.
* Please note that you need to arrive at this workshop for the beginning of class and the health and safety briefing to be able to take part in the rest of the class
.* Please bring a water bottle and snack for yourself.
