Come Explore Body Up Co-regulation, strategies for regulating our nervous systems together. We play with skills for embodiment in relational space and ways to upregulate, downregulate and regulate for social engagement.
Led by somatic psychotherapist and educator Beth Dennison, this session draws from interpersonal neurobiology, Somatic Experiencing, and Bodynamics, and offers four essential skills for embodied relating. These tools increase our capacity to navigate complexity and intensity. Together we build connection and resilience in all kinds of relationships—intimate, professional, and communal.
What to Expect:
- Partner and group practices for nervous-system-to-nervous-system connection
- Explore safety, trust, and co-regulatory relationships
- A warm, inclusive environment—come solo or with a friend
- No prior experience needed
All bodies are welcome. You are invited to choose what feels safe and good for you.
Co-regulation is only co-regulation when it’s good for both people.

About the facilitator:Beth Dennison, MA, MEd, LMT, SEP is a master somatic psychotherapist, author, educator, and facilitator with decades of experience. Her work focuses on embodied healing, trauma resolution, and the power of co-regulation to transform relationships. Beth brings a background in yoga, aikido, and contact improvisation to her teaching. She brings movement and neuroscience into practical, relational skill-building.
She is the author of The Co-Regulation Revolution: Tap the Power of Embodied Connection for Trauma Healing & Anti-Oppression Work (2023), and other books available online.
